Message	sure, but that doesn't explain the critical question of the flow dynamics INSIDE of the intercooler. Also, you'd have to calcuate the difference in usuable surface area (area exposed to a majority of the airflow over the fins/tubes) so unless you've got custom ductwork the additional height isn't usable. sorry.
